Join Nesbitt & Parrinello and make an impact on some of the most critical Democratic campaigns of the election cycle. As a Research Analyst 1, you'll be at the forefront of opposition research, working alongside a talented team dedicated to building a more progressive America.

All opportunities are remote and employees are required to live and work in the United States. This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position. Interviews will be held in February 2026 with an anticipated start date between February 16 and March 2, 2026.

Salary/Wage Range: $25/hour

What You'll Do:

Research Analysts 1 conduct essential opposition research tasks that power Democratic campaigns. You'll develop your skills in political research, fact-checking, and writing while contributing directly to high-stakes electoral work. Your work will include:

- Conducting thorough research using boolean search tools, public records databases, and professional research platforms
- Fact-checking political statements and campaign materials with accuracy and speed
- Writing clear, concise research summaries and bullets for campaign use
- Collaborating with team members on vetting projects and research books
- Managing multiple research tasks while meeting tight deadlines

- Digitally native and comfortable with web-based tools for research, communication, and project management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends during peak campaign periods
